price is high though, the F4 is 4x 1hour PT sessions($300) designed to introduce CF formats and movement patterns.
Once completed we can offer morning&evening group sessions.
Monday ~Friday 0700,1800.
Cost of $250 per month unlimited or $35 casual.
All fees paid to CFS include entry to C&P and use of the pool and facilities post work out.
