Untitled to me goes down as a logical evolution in this point of his career...one of the things I hate most about rappers is when they go through stretches where each successive album starts to seem the same...and I think Nas has been doing a good job of making music and taking on themes that seem appropiate in the context of his place in the game now, and where he is in his career (him, Cube, Face...they all are good at approaching the game on that elder statesman steeze)...I think he approached Untitled/N!gger in much the same way Lupe approached The Cool, by making an album that had an overarching theme...but not so much that it was overbearing...as far as it compares to the rest of his albums, i think it's right there in the middle of the pack with God's Son...not at the top with Illmatic, IWW and Stillmatic...but not towards the bottom with I Am and Nastradamus
