perfect pullup is actually the best weight lifting gimmick ive seen advertised on television (thats not saying much at all)
pullups from a dead hang is a really good lat exercise. the twist is a decent way to activate more back muscles, kinda like an arnold press as opposed to straight up db shoulder press. the funny thing is they try to advertise it for other lifts too, like a row and shiit. look at the front page. the amount of resistance that row is taking is laughable. its like doing push ups with your knees.

do you got one of these? If so how is it? I was thinking about buying one. What sold me was that you don't have to screw anything into your walls.
If you already have a regular door hang bar, just use two towels as handles and work that grip strength at the same time.

Iron Gym is the shyt. I just leave it up there on the door frame and use it whenever.

just bought one last night, works great. My goal is to be able to do 10 wide grip pullups.
and that tip with the towel is cool, I'm going to give it a try.
i swear to god i invented this in my mind as soon as i saw the perfect push up
they can make a barbell with rotating handles too. altho that may be stupid.
