looking for people willing to take a 90 or 120 day challenge to get in shape and lose or gain muscle or both using a semi strict diet, maybe some supplements and HARD exercise especially using the P90X system.
its almost like a group of people coming together with a common goal to achieve fitness with no excuses, no i'll make it up tomorrows and definately no "i can't bother anymore"
I know we all want to lose that beer gut, with the P90X system(FREE DOWNLOAD RIGHT HERE AT SOHH), i am sure i can do it and you can too
everyone interested should just join to the thread and we will all start our different regimes at the same time, posting before and after pics (every 30, 60, 90 and 120 days) to show our progress and MOST importantly to support each other and help each other towards a healthier, fitter, (BIGGER in my hardgainer case).
SO ANYONE starting a NEW regime just link up this thread
and we can all move forward together
NAYSAYERS and NEGATIVE people who have nothing else to do but make a nuisance need not apply
The starting point is one week from now(when we're all gonna start the routines to give people ample time to download the P90X dvd and sorta do a little warmup LOL), so apply and download the system from now cause we all can hit this early and support each other IMO with tips and things.
If you're interested just subscribe to the thread and post in the reply that you're joining the group.
