I have a busy schedule, so its hard to go to the gym. What I do to stay active is get dumbell workout at the office on my lunchbreak. Nothing crazy. I have two 20 lb bowflex dialup. I don't have a bench, but my seat reclines about 45 degrees. My routine is usually:
M,W,F: incline chest press, incline flys, tricep extensions
Tu,TH: Leg lifts, left lunges, bicep curls, seated military press.
I want to expand this to get some focus on my stomach. I would aslo like to get some type of apparatus for a bench. Preferrably something that can break down and be put under my desk. Any ideas or suggestions?
