i've done a lot of reading on it...and from what i can tell the question you should be asking is "which is better for me?

personally, my body responds to monohydrate just fine, and its the cheapest so thats what i buy. some people are non responders though, so they have to get CEE.

people that sell CEE make a lot of other claims, such has no loading phase and no water weight...but i dont load monohydrate and i put on very little water weight from it.

so just try both out and see what works best for you.
