I think they are all considered alternative/grunge so they are in the same kind of genre.
I like SP the most out of them all.

I'm a Nirvana fan, so i never liked pearl jam and didnt give them any play at the time they were out.
I carried those feelings as i got older.
hes talented though... i just dont bump his sh't.

Billy Corgan has a horrific voice but he made it work in the 90's. Now it just sounds rubbish.

The Smashing Pumpkins were a good band with a hugely inflated sense of self-worth. What the **** was Machina/Machina II? Rubbish. Corgan's solo album was laughably bad as well.

In the 90's his voice was aight to me...
Some songs were annoying cuz of his voice, but all in all it was different and his voice made those songs,... i think.
