animated avatars

The option to load animated avatars is currently not working. We are aware, but we do not have an estimated time as to when they will be up.
its been over 2 yrs and i've seen a few animated ones so why can't i load one? Or is it another privelage thing?

no, it's not a privilege. some people are able to slip animated avis past the system, i guess.

we're working on some updates now, so please be patient with us while we do so. thanks.
