my first experience with crossfit was a 12 minute drill where you run through as fast as possible to complete the maximum amount of revolutions

20 leg lifts
15 squats
10 push ups
5 pull ups

now Im in pretty good shape and it doesnt sound like much but this is a surefire way to get broke the hell off with a quickness if you actually put out

crossfit.com has a different workout plan for everyday and they pretty much all involve breaking down multiple groups of muscles within 20 minutes so you get an extreme workout in a short period of time and a huge variety of excersizes so you never get bored

Way to finally catch on after I have been applauding the program and posting videos for the better part of my entire time here. Crossfit is the best overall fitness program there is, However if you have specific goals it isn't for you. It's for people like me who just need to be in shape and by saying that being able to run, jump, lift, and pull one's self up.
