In these first set of pics, this is about how much I weighed Jan 1, 08. Somewhere around 207lbs.

I didnt even realize how fat I was. My belly never stuck out when I would wear t shirts or anything so I didnt worry about it. I was trying to bulk, so I would just lift weights and eat any and everything in sight...which was kinda fun. Like clockwork I ate every 4 hours. I'd even sleep walk in the middle of the night into the kitchen and eat cold pizza out the fridge. I was definitely strong as hell though.

Here's some pics I took about 2 weeks ago. I weighed about 180lbs.

I know I lost a little muscle mass, thats inevitable with any diet. BUT all my muscles LOOK bigger, definitely more defined. I'm most happy with my lat development. For some reason my back got alot wider this year. My triceps have also taken better shape, as well as my delts (especially my front delts...probably due to cleans). Still workin on my iliac furrow and my lower abs...which means losing more fat.

I never had visible abs my whole life tho, and now they're starting to show...which is why I'm posting this. I know a lot of people think they're pretty much stuck in the same body type their genetics dictate, which is true to some extent but if you're willing to put the work in you can surprise yourself with what you can do.

That lower belly fat is a biitch tho, and its stubborn as hell, but I'm determined.

And I forgot to say...if you stay in the gym you should be takin pics of yourself every few months to see how far you've come, and where you need to go  You'll regret it if you dont.

i've used clenbuterol and an eca stack before. my best weight loss gains came from proper dieting tho. the clen and eca worked well in terms of increasing my lung capacity, which would help me hit the cardio harder.

i only been liftin for a couple of years and i started off real small. i've added a good 40-50lbs of muscle to my frame in 2 years, which anyone will tell you is amazing progress...all without the help of steroids. i attribute it to being a straight up physical fitness and anatomy nerd. i read everything i can get my hands on, and i've had access to some real quality trainers who've helped me flush out all the bullshiit most people hold as truths when it comes to weight lifting.

Good shyt Andre. Always good to see successful progress. You plan on cutting til you get your lower abs and maintain or are you gonna bulk again?

I'm going to keep cutting until I get to around 12% bf. I'll maintain that for a few months (just so my body gets used to it) then start clean bulking. Ideally I wanna be somewhere between 200-210lbs at around 12%. I got a goal of Jan 1 2010 for that, so its no rush.

When I go to clubs and shiit I pretty much look the same in my custom fitted button downs, but I exude more confidence which helps. plus i'll get up on a girl nowadays and if she starts rubbin on my chest or stomach i know its a wrap.

good job man.. whats ur diet and cardio like.. Trying to lose like 20-30lbs..

What's your lifting/cardio routine like?

Here's my workout, and my numbers:

monday
bench press 2x6 : 250lbs
db shoulder press 2x8 : 65lbs each
skull crusher 3x10 : 85lbs
lat pulldowns 2x8 : 220lbs
rack deadlifts 2x6 : 325lbs
clean and jerk 3x6 : 135lbs

tuesday and thursday
30 min cardio (7mph jog, or elliptical)
weighted crunches 3x10
back extensions 2x8 : 70lbs
hanging leg lifts 2x15

wednesday
squats 2x6, 1x20 : 295lbs
straight bar curl 2x8 : 115lbs
leg press 2x6, 1x20 : 540lbs
leg press calf 1x20 : 540lbs
db curl 2x7 : 55lbs each
good morning 2x10 : 145lbs
leg curl 2x10 : dont remember

friday
incline bench 3x8 : 195lbs
barbell military 3x5 : 145lbs
lateral raise 1x20 : 80lbs
close grip bench 3x10 : 145lbs
reverse grip lats 4x7 : 220lbs
v bar row 2x8 : 225lbs
clean and jerk 3x6: 135lbs

my diet is really simple, and pretty boring. heres what i eat 4 or 5 days a week.

breakfast: 3 eggs (non fat egg product), 3 strips low fat bacon, coffee w/ zero calorie sweetener and zero calorie creamer

lunch 1: tuna w/ non fat mayo and relish

lunch 2: grilled chicken (sometimes w/ broccoli and carrots)

pwo shake: 50g protein, 5g creatine, 8oz non fat milk

dinner: baked fish (sometimes w/ broccoli and carrots)

i'll sprinkle in some natural peanut butter if i'm feeling lethargic from the lack of carbs.

other 2 days i eat carbs, but i dont go too crazy. its a basic carb cycling diet. very low carbs for most of the week, medium carbs 1 or 2 days, tons of carbs 1 day. its a good way of tricking your body into continually burning fat...but still giving you enough carbs to maintain and add muscle.

andre, how many calories do you eat a day?

when i'm trying to cut i'll eat about 2000 calories a day. usually around 200g of protein, 80-100g of carbs, and maybe 90g of fat (mostly healthy fats...natural peanut butter or fish oil).

i'm about 185 right now. imma start cuttin weight again cause the summer is commin up. i'm starting off with a lot less fat than i did last year so it should be easier. but we all know losing weight gets harder and harder as we get older.

i'm actually hoping that since i'm starting off with less fat i'll be able to lose more fat this year. this is all theoretical, but i'm thinking i've successfully altered my natural body state...so it shouldnt be as difficult to get to lower body fat percentages.

bear with my logic on this one. everyone has a natural body state right...its what you would look like if you just maintained your normal eating habits and daily activity. deviating from that natural state gets exponentially more difficult (losing weight is easy at first...gets more difficult as time goes on). so when i was naturally 200lbs, getting down to 180 took a couple months and getting under 180 was extremely difficult.

but now that i'm naturally 190lbs...i'm thinking i should be able to get down to about 175lbs until it gets extremely difficult for me.

long story short it should be easier for me to get better abs this year.

props.
damn my situation is really hard right now. i'm currently 210lbs and most of the weight is definetely on my gut, whilst my arms legs and chest all look muscular and fine. now i want to get rid of the gut whilst still keeping the muscle on the other body parts.
would you recommend a daily calorie intake of about 2700 with compound exercises and hiit in between?

i guess what i'm saying is even though the scales say i'm fat, i dont look fat, so therefore i see no need of wasting all my muscle just to get rid of the gut.

sounds like you got a good plan in place. check the scale after a couple weeks and if you havent lost any weight at 2700 then bump it down to 2400.

how are you getting 80-100g of carbs? From that meal plan, I don't see any carbs. Are you talking about your carb day?

Also don't you find it hard to lift on the days you don't eat carbs? I've tried this before and felt real sluggish. I have lowered my carb intake but I still gotta eat some for energy.

Just out of curiosity, if you're so set on cutting why are you interested in D-Bol?

those were real rough estimates. here's what last week looked like on my low carb days:

protein: 220g (880 cals)
carbs: 60g (240 cals) (most come pwo)
fats: 80g (720 cals)

on high carb days i fukkin load up...400 carbs a day easy. i go for complex carbs....whole grain bagels and such.

as far as my workouts go, caffeine is your friend. dont expect to break any PRs or anythin while you're cuttin tho. its more a mind game then anything.

Pretty noticeable results, good work.
Just out of curiosity, if you're so set on cutting why are you interested in D-Bol?

when i cop it i'll do a legit bulk phase. havent done one in over a year though. not even sure i wanna do one before summers up tho.

as long as you ramp up the doses and stop when you start to notice the side effects its fine. if you're heart is racing too much then lower the dosage. if you get cramps or mild shakes up your potassium and you'll be fine.
