how old r u for one?
its not that hard...but you have to give up basically going out and spending on things you don't need for a few years...
once you saved up 20,000 at least...invest into a small franchise and build your capital from there and keep investing in bigger franchises that don't take much maintence like laundromats ...
its not rocket science...
if you want the money quick...you can join the armed forces for 2 years that give you a signing bonus and take a non-combat role if your worried about dying or something

i recently just got a tax franchise that opens up next tax season...by my third year i should average about 188,000 in only 4 months...
your the perfect age dude...the only question would be if you want to go to college and put yourself in debt but get a much better paying job or if you want go to a trade school that is cheaper and work those 4 years and accumalte more money than you would owe in college...because college teaches you a lot of general things that you probably aren't going to use but its a great experience
if i was your age again i probably would have joined the air force invested the sign up bonus had more money to invest...and go to college for free...
also once you get money your going to question whether you really need a phantom though...but i'd say if you if you open up business at say 23 and saved most of your income you will earn if you actually work since 17 you can have a phantom by 26...without struggling to pay it but i mean sky is the limit if you really catch a few breaks you can get it much sooner
eventually you will realize that happiness will rely on achievement of goals and chasing those goals...and if the phantom is something you consider an achievement you can do it
and remember cutting unnecessary spending now is a huge factor and its not easy but once you get the hang of its your first big step to being successful in life
