Lookin to work out at least 3 times a week.
Goals: Add muscle mass, particular concentration on chest and traps.

Day 1 - Monday (Lazy/Tired)
(Usually I do a better job staggering my weights, but...)
Close-Grip BP: 1x8, 1x6, 1x4 (40, 50, 60)
Deadlift: 3x12 (60% max)
Military Press: 2x12, 1x8, 1x4 (40% max)
Barred bicep curls: 1x10, 1x8, 1x4 (60% max)
Overhead tricep extensions: 3x12 (60-70% i'm guessing)
Barbell Reverse curls: 2x10, 1x6 (60%)
Wrist curls: 2x8, 1x4 (60%)
