I thinking of copping some new rims for my '01 Civic Sedan next year, I was looking at these in the Matt Black finish, 17's. What yall think?

Would like to go with these, but 19's might too big for the car:

I have 17's currently on there now:

Honestly, stick w/ the 17's and just lower your car.

I think what you have make a clean look

Yah there is a big price jump between 17-18's and when a 2 or 3 inch drop you'll be sitting pretty on either one. Black will stand out anyway and you may even want to consider getting on your front calipers painted to add to the effect (don't paint the drum!)

I do have plans to do a drop of 2 inches, there is too many different rims out there to decide. I just got the ones on there now a few months ago and I already want a new set. The 17's on there now have 215/40/17 tires, any bigger rims and I'll have to go to a 35 or 30 series tire to keep the speedo from being off, ride quality will be sh1t too. I thought about 18's, depending on price that might be an option. Thanks for the input.

18's and over in NYC are no good, to many potholes they bend bigtime, I had 19's at one time had to switch to 17's.
