you're definitely not the only one, cuz I do the same sh*t. I love rap and all that sh*t, but my fav all time workout music is the rocky IV soundtrack. u know the one where he fights the russian. I had the cassette back in the day, and I got it on both my ipods. when I feel myself in the treadmill hitting the wall, just throw that sh*t in and get hyped thinking about how rocky was climbing moutains in siberia, and I"m simply running on a treadmill or in the park.

the way I got up on this music was from hearing it in the weight room in high school, and everyone would get amped.
