View Full Version : SMH@Nas Trying to Cake Off Obama’s Campaign!!!!!!!

I don’t even thinks he really gives a f*ck about politics and dude is not even that intelligent, I mean he sounds a little bright in music, but in interviews he is dumb as bricks!!!!!!!!
The song will effectively do nothing but destroy Obama momentum if it gets release to the media, and only a dumb ass would release that type a song now, since the country is recovering from Rev Wright and all that other bullsh*t blue collar folks are against Obama for. This track will put the nail in the coffin if he makes a video, releases this as a single, and etc!!!!!!!!!!
I prefer Will I Am Track than this Nas track. Will I AM "Yes We Can" brought some hope, unity, and harmony IMO!!!!!!!!!!

I never imagined Rev Wright opinion about race and his wife statement about being proud in America, would’ve effect him in this campaign, so at this point anything that is directed to Obama will effect him you idiot!

STFU he can officially drop it as a single and if MTV is giving the song some attention, that will certainly make him want to drop it to get some more buzz!!!!!!!!!!

It's a bad idea because he decided to release Black President hours after the dude won the nomination. He also did it to draw some attention to his wack ass album that will drop!!!!!!!!!!
Nas is a leech!!!!!!!!!!!!

I lack male attention from who???????
Hahahahaha sorry but I don't have that problem in that department, but stop talkin about me and answer my question about Nas caking off of Barack. What did Nas do to help Barack with his campaign, did he donate, did he organize rallies? If not then he needs to shut the f*ck up and stop trying to ruin Barack's legacy with that terrible single!!!!!!!!!!!

Nas is a leech!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe he was waiting for Obama to actually clinch the election before he dropped it. Or maybe the dude went in immediately after Obama wrapped up the votes and did it?
Either way, this is hip-hop ...since when do n*ggas have limitations on what they can and cannont release? And coming from Nas it doesnt seem like a fake move for media attention.
Now if it came from a lil ignorant fukk like Lil Wayne then maybe you can make this thread. But coming from Nas, a dude who dropped "I Wanna Talk To You" and "American Way"......no.

If he was smart he would've drop the single after Barack actually won the election. Dude is just nominated, he didn't defeat McCain yet, so for Nas to come up with track is dumb, and a ploy to draw some more attention to his album, just like he did with the original title!!!!!!!!!!!

The fact that he won the democratic nomination was history enough. The track was perfect timing. Alot of people were celebrating his victory. The track just makes the victory even sweeter.
Now the "Obama 4 Prez" campaigns in the hood can officially begin.
