i like the look, the interior, and the prices are just fine being the 7k to 15k range.
anyone had any experiences or know any1 who's had one?
edit: let me be more specific yall. its definitely gonna be a 4 door. maybe a 3 series .

you should look at an 04 model , 2004 was the year BMW switch the exterior to the ones you see today, but test drive it and get it check BMW are known for its smooth ride and quality

just get a certified used one w/ reaonable mileage, it'll last.
anybody in here ever buy a used M3?

The newer the better. My girl has a 2000 Z3 which consumer reports rated as their most reliable model. She bought it new 8 years ago, but she had a steady number of "here and there" problems since she bought it. The biggest was a replaced transmission at around 60k. I know merecedes and bmw are here to stay, but I always try and convince people to look at Lexus and Infiniti cuz they have some nice stuff that may not have the same history, but not nearly as much hassel.

thats only for the 5 series. the 7 changed in 02 and the 3 changed in 06.
i have the current 5 series. i suggest you go a couple years newer and get it "cpo" certified pre owned
