Don't you guys hate it when after lifting weights, you have no touch on the basketball court? That sh1t annoys the he11 outta me:thumbsdow

I do it all the time. Its a great way to stretch and lose stiffness after a workout. I usually run a quick game of 21 or somethin to get my touch back and tehn play full court.

I been doin this for a few months now and I barely notice any change in my jumper after weights because of it.

best to do that before you lift weights...stretching always comes before lifting.

Yeah that kills me. I don't do it often, but when I do my shot is way off.

most NBA players lift before games.

If I'm playing after I work out I usually just don't shoot a lot to avoid embarrassing myself:laugh:

Perfecting the running floater through the lane is a must.

Yea it's good to play/shoot after you work out. After doing that for a while it wont bother you that much.

I do it/did it today. It's cool, because I don't play a real game or get serious. Like other guy say, it's either me playing 21, shooting around, or working on my shot (which i think I got back)

I try to avoid doing that around anyone cause I'll shoot unimaginable airballs like I got downs
