People who use fans at the Gym UNappreciation

My gym as these big industrial sized fans in some corners of the gym. I HATE, when people turn those on, and no offense to anyone but it's always people who are a bit larger that do this. I've worn trash bags on the treadmill/basketball court before, anyone else not feeling the fans?

I use them at times, well its mainly for my clients that start complaining about the gym being hot. But it helps me because Im there working and not working out, but when Im working out I dont care for them.

Only time we really needed them was when the a/c broke and it was like 100 inside. Trying to circulate air from outside into the gym which was cooler

i dont understand what the problem is. i dont especially care, but i would rather not sweat then sweat. thats like someone refusing to roll the windows down or cut the air on during a hot ass day.

in my mind, if im not sweating im not working hard enough

but you realize its all mental though? some people dont have that mental block. sweating profusely just makes me unnecessarily thirsty.

i swear this dude was sweating like he was pissing, it was horrible.
