yo, when u eat them turkey burgers n sh1t, do you use frozen ones or fresh? same wit chix or fish? cuz i know that those foods are generally good for you but only if they fresh right? cuz the frozen got a lot of salt in em n sh1t?

Not really. It depends on your overall diet. You need salt in your diet especially if you are working out hard. You just shouldn't over do it. The salt you get from frozen foods isn't really that bad. Those are some great food choices. Any of the lean meats/fishes are always good to go.
and I owe you my green block but he11 it seems as if the mods don't ever add blocks anyway.

I get the lean frozen type, but the way i look at things, no matter what a turkey burger is better for you than a regular cheeseburger:yes:

i like buying the ground turkey and the ground 94% lean ground beef. the frozen ones are easier to prepare of course but like being able to flavor up my burgers.

I always have got good results, been playing sports since i was like 8 so I see results really quick. I'm not hungover, but it's raining and I feel like I drank last night, not enough to be called a hangover though..

I don't know. The most important thing is eating healthy, I look in the mirror and see results, feel better ect. I'm not one of those people on a scale everyday, taking measurements and sht. I think alot of people make it more than what it is, then get overwhelmed and quit.
