Yo, I'm 5' 9'' and I used to weigh like somewhere from 150-165.
I was recently living in the city for a little while and I was eating less then I used to, and running, I wound up droppin to like 140 pounds!
I figure I should start some weight training and start eating more, but I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on a healthy way to put back on the pounds--what exercise to do, what foods I should eat the most of etc.
Help me out! lol
