i didnt stretch properly yesterday for my back/bicep regimen, and today i cant even extend my arms
i been workin out 4 days a week for like 5 years now, so i know its not just muscle growth pains or some shyt like that
any thoughts?
and do you think a quick Ace bandage would do the trick?

Wrap it and take some pain killer take a hot shower tommorow morning and a cold shower later and if it still hurts on monday go to the doc. I Did that with my left arm trying to do ring dips and had to take a month off(I over compensated trying to do a muscle up)

You're a junior in college. Me and you both know you haven't wrestled in college. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt with high school.
With that said, what have you been doing in the gym for 4 days a week the past 3 years :laugh:

i have trouble with hurting my biceps alot, i really did a number on them a few years back, and now they get hurt pretty easily so i really gotta watch what i do.

actually i have
SWAT 4 Fight Club in Opelika :blush:
but keep assuming
the difference between my workouts and general folks is i go for more "usable" muscle, i follow a more military style workout with more repetitions/less sets.
while there is protein in my diet i have a shake maybe only once a day and its only 20-30g. I have to maintain weight for Air Force ROTC as well
