i understand your frustration, REALLY. all i can say for now is that the webmaster is WELL AWARE of all of these problems, and is working toward a solution. thanks for being patient.

(this will be my default response to the server problem from now on, but i wanted to add that whether or not you should find a new site is completely up to you -- but it would be a shame to see you go!)
