I read in the other thread somehow you think Em is close to Jada:laugh::laugh: real talk. Jada actually have classic songs something to me your boy don't have, yea he can spit but all that spitting and he unable to assemble more memorable verses than Jada. So I'm challenging you let the music speak for it self this thread can go on for day possibly weeks but Jada will be victorious.

Jadakiss most memorable work is with the LOX and other artists. His solo albums are garbage.
how come that kid sunzoo is called out whenever eminem is discussed? is he really the only eminem fan on SOHH?

well you can post his music too, just let the music speak you scared, Jada got more memorable verses and classic verses I don't care what yall say I can debate this
freaking badass
05-27-08, 12:32 PM
jada's never released a solid cd. he fails trying to make too many club friendly tracks and for the ladies. Rabbit Run > anything Jada's ever done. he's the punchline king and he's in constant beast mode. IMO jada's best song was a damn skit, which is a shame. "Feel Me" n/h

nah, not me. i definitly don't think i qualify as a eminem fan but i got ears, lol, he's iller than jadakiss. its close though.

aight, since i'm bored, i'll play, but let me ask you this first
how much em material have you heard? do you even listen to em extensively (i don't think you do, but thats why i'm asking), cuz if not this whole thread is moot
i've listened to both since right around the time their careers started "happening" and i was a big jadakiss enthusiast until he dropped two albums way below his caliber as an artist, i feel like i can without bias, judge the two with about the same amount of knowledge...can you say the same?
and what exactly is the criteria for a classic verse? thats a very vague, subjective blanket you're throwing out there

Honestly I think Em is iller from what I have heard....jada is dope too....i gotta hear more of his material...
but honestly Marshall Mathers, Rock bottom, Rabbit Run, if I get locked up tonight, renegade, the last hit....check those and re-compare...

I've heard alot of his material before he even got signed when he used to rhyme like Nas and Az and a classic verse and memorable verses its just what it say a classic verse and since you still aint posted an actual verse heres an example of what I mean

aight, so those three verses...are "classic" correct? why exactly? not saying they aren't, but i'm trying to determine your criteria
but anyhow, you can pit those three...monotone, same flow having verses, up against this one song, flow wise, lyrically, punchline wise...how every you wanna call it, all 3 verses are official

jadakiss is not talented enough to ever make a song like this

he's not graphic/vivid/skilled enough. eminem is/was in a different league. can you even imagine a jadakiss type of rapper makin a song like "Stan"? lol, come on man. jadakiss is like a dope ass mixtape rapper, thats it, you cant compare him with someone like a Eminem. jadakiss is dope at spittin about absolutely nothing, and even on that tip i think eminem may have him beat by a little. check some of his old ass freestyles.

...Eminem already answered this question...
You're "Dead Wrong":
[Eminem]
There's several different levels to Devil worshippin: horse's heads,
human sacrifices, canibalism; candles and exorcism
Animals havin sex with 'em; camels mammals and rabbits
But I don't get into that, I kick the habit - I just,
beat you to death with weapons that eat through the flesh
And I never eat you unless the ****in, meat looks fresh
I got a lion in my pocket, I'm lyin, I got a nine in my pocket
and baby I'm just, dyin to cock him
He's ready for war, I'm ready for war
I got machetes and swords for any ***got that said he was raw
My uz' as, heavy as yours, yeah you met me before
I just didn't have as large an arsenal of weapons before
Marshall will step in the door, I lay your head on the floor
With your body spread on the bedspread, red on the wall
red on the ceilin, red on the floor, get a new whore
Met on the second, wet on the third;
then she's dead on the fourth - I'm dead wrong

It's all subjective really, but in the end Em takes this by a long shot IMO, it's not even close. The problem is the threadstarter wants to put his favorite in a position he's comfortable with ("classic verses" only) and doesn't want to add up the whole body of work, like many before have said, Jada completely fails on his own albums, he's good for a hot 16 but that alone is not going to get you ranked among the best.
"Its sad niccas is too broke to pay attention"
that'd be dope if jada wasnt the 130th rapper to spit that line. i like keith murray's variation the best. "i'll leave ya mental so broke you can't pay attention"
Sunzoo aka LC

Good lyrics but once again it aint always about who is more lyrical
well you did say classic verses, you didn't ask who had more swag, so i figured lyrics and all the little sub categories that come with that would be the main criteria factored
I say the ones I selected are classic, because its memorable thats the definition of classic nothing more nothing less, years from now those songs will still be played will the song you posted be played heres another example of what I mean when I say classic

I like Jada as a rapper, but there's no possible way he can go verse for verse with Em.
And saying a classic is defined by the probability of you listening to the verse years later is valid. First off, we all have different tastes, so we'll all var as far as what we'll go back and listen tofor nastalgia's sake. Secondly, there's no way in the world you know what you'll be listening to to years from now. You've got to base it on what you're still listening at this point, and I'd honestly rather hear the old Em go crazy on a verse than old Jada go crazy over a beat

lol @ verses are rings. wouldn't albums make more sense being the equivilent to rings? if verses were rings nas and jay-z would have like 300 rings between the two of them, :thumbsdow. jadakiss has no great album, therefore he's ringless. eminem got 1 ring (marshall mathers lp) and a conference championship (slim shady lp). jadakiss aint even made the playoffs yet.

Verses are regular season games, songs are playoff appearances, albums are playoff wins, and a string of good albums is a championship ring... if you want to roll with that metaphor

and i'm still posting fam....more people have come into the thread, and co-signed this statement, even people who aren't even fans of em, and i still have plenty of verses on deck for anything you could offer, from a lyrical and flow stand point
