How does a band like MY Chemical Romance go from Hellfest to TRL?

Especially when they barely change their sound. It's like one year they're the hottest thing in a violent subgenre of music (most of the music on the tour is aggressive), and next thing u know Kelly Clarkson fans are bumping the music.

look at these fools kicking and punching in the pits. I saw this group at Warped Tour and you didn't see none of this. Now they on MTV and have a way different audience. Though with Coheed there music did change up I guess. They got all progressive. Shyt I'm hungry! This diet sucks!

Simply because once these original fans see that their band has a lot of new fans they are not cool anymore because people actually know who they are now. Happens to every band, once they see a little success they suddenly suck, its so sad, dont be a sheep people, stick by your band if you love em.
