View Full Version : burning 400-500 calories per cardio session
if i'm eating a healthy 1500-2000 calories per day, is that good enough to cut my body fat down a bit?
6 days a week.
not looking to lose much. 175 to 165 or so in about a month (although weight doesn't measure fat that's my assumption of where I want to be).

right now i burn about 400 calories a session, 3 times a week.
in 1/2 hour if it's on the treadmill, in an hour if i'm doing weights.. it's enough to keep my weight down. i'm not really interested in losing more weight..
when i wanted to actually lose weight i was burning about 600 calories a session, 4-5 times a week.

yea in tryna lose weight and I eat in that range of calories but I lose about 700 calories each cardio session tall think thais enough to lose about 20 to 30 pounds in the next 2 to 3 months and I go about 4 to 5 timmes a week

thats exacly what im doing right now. I get on the exercise bike for an hour and burn like 600 calories 4 times a week

Im doing cardio 5-6 days now for an hour getting ready for my cruise.....it sucks. Id switch to HIIT but what im doing isnt broken and im keeping my muscle so Ill let it be for now
