So... do you have to screw those in, or are there any that just clamp down on the doorways. And are they prone to falling down mid-chin up or anything?

Does anyone here own one, do you recommend them?

I need one of these two. I'd like one that clamps but won't slide. It has to go in the door way. But It would be to hard to screw in and it would probally break my lease in europe

I bought one and it works great, you can use it as a sit up bar, chin up bar, pull up bar, and for push ups. you put on the top of you're doorway. no screws no nails, nothing. I'm not even that heavy, but when i first used it i was like no way the ledge on the top of my door is gonna be able hold me  :smh:, but i did it and to my suprise it worked perfect, no problems at all.

heres the one i got:

LOL yea i thought the same thing and im not even that heavy. i was really suprised it worked so well. its sort of like jumping off the high diving board into a pool, nervous at first but after you jump its no problem to do another one. i was nervous as hell on my first chin up with it

yea, i got the door gym..works great

only thing is you cant do wide fly pull ups as the door frame gets in the way..but you can do every other kind imaginable..

worth the 40 bucks

I bought this exact same one a couple weeks ago...

It has been working for me... we were doing pullups at some Marine Function and when it was my turn, i couldnt even do one..

So i bought this and a week later there was another Marine function and i was able to do 4...

At first when i bought it i thought it was a mistake because when i put it on my door i thought the frame was gonna brake... (im 180 pounds)

You could hear the frame cracking (maybe cus we live in old apartments?)...

But then i just said if i fall i fall.... So even though it makes those cracking noises i still am on it..

Door frame hasnt broke yet...hopefully it never does...
