you gotta add weight to your sit ups. just like any other muscle the bigger and stronger they get the more resistance they need to grow more.

After watching the video, he has some killer genetics..........simple as that.......Not knocking that he doesn't bust his a$$ in the gym tho.

he does have great genetics.

but did you see him when he first burst on the scene? he looked just like your average skinny, asian, computer nerd.

my chigga busts his ass in the gym on the regular. see the types of lifts he was doin? deadlifts and squats. combine that with his naturally impeccable diet (japanese have been known to base their foods around lean protein) then thats why he looks like that. african americans have the best genes in the world when it comes to adding muscle mass so theres no reason most of us cant achieve something similar.

not to knock his hustle either, but it wouldnt surprise me if he had access to some of the more harsher weight lifting supplements.

add more weights to my sit ups

sit ups target the upper abs, but you need to get those lower abs too, because they collect alot of fatness.

so, lay flat on your back, hands behind your head, feet together, and lift them in the air and return them to about 2 inches from the ground. keep doing these along with crunches and you'll be alright.

Well from what I heard they do help since they trap heat in the stomach area and stimulate blood flow around there. But like all exercise equipment it aint sh*t without a proper workout and diet

Just got one and tried it out last night...
It made me sweat like a muhfukka, I think it definitely helps.

But the real deal comes from burning fat. The less fat you have over your stomach the better your abs will look, and the ways to achieve that are

- Eating healthy, and having a diet high in lean protein
- Doing cardio regularly
- Having good genetics that keep fat off your stomach just by your design

You can still be toned if you're skinny. sh!t im naturally skinny. But like you said not just anybody can bulk up. if you have a chronic low testosterone level, it means it will make muscle growth a long, slow process. If you're naturally skinny then being toned is probably as far as you'll get.

to get great abs, you gotta lower your body fat.

do this by laying off the fatty foods and doing compound exercises that work out the whole body at once.
