variation of rows, pull ups, lat pull downs, dead lifts, hang cleans, etc

Also all around your abs.

yeah the best way to get that is to blow your lats out. mix up your grips on your pull ups and lat pull downs. still do bent over rows and deadlifts to keep that thickness.

the more difficult part will probably be keeping your waist narrow. thats why body builders are x because they dont give a fukk about what size their waist is.

my shiits decent. my waist (around navel) is like 32 inches while my chest (around nipples) is somewhere between 45-50. hopefully you got the frame for it tho. joakim noah will never get that Y.

i squat over 300 pounds. my quads are huge but my waist is still small.

if you cut squats out of your workout you are seriously doing yourself a major disservice.

He thinks the weights are what makes you built. It's the diet you eat that makes you built if you eat real lean and light you will be lean and light if you eat to be big you will be big. It is funny how long it took me to realize that 80% of gains come in the kitchen, 10% working out, 10% resting

naw, i'm just sayin wut i read in a bodybuildin magazine, it had a article about Y frame and X frame it said tha big difference between tha two wuz doin squats........
