i thought about coppin too give a boost to my calisthenics

Sometimes I use my Ibas when I go running or do body weight workouts it is a worthwhile investment but youd be better off just putting a ruck sack or backpack on and feel it with either sand or weight.

It's a back pack really but alot bigger and used for marching or hiking.
