Yeah thats Annie Nicole and Eva T I belive. They are monsters. These are the types of workouts I do it is called crossfit because it is a broad spectrum of fitness and includes all forms of exercise not just muscle building but cardio, gymnastics, plyometrics, etc.
what gymnastics?? they pretty much just did a pullup into a dip (which is amazing)
if you do cardio and squats, deadlifts, bench thats pretty much a full body workout aswell

It's called a muscle up that is gymnastic movement (Pullups, Dips, etc. are gymnastics)
Yes. But if you do 10 225lb dl, run 800m, do 15 pullups for 3 rounds for time I put money on it that you will be out of breath and damn near ready to collapse. You get a higher metabolic conditioning working out like this. And it can all be done with in 20 minutes.

i just got a problem with tha finished product, i'm lookin at some of those cats and they look like blobs n outta shape...??? i would think after doin all that exhaustive work u'd be lookin shredded u know?

Everybody starts somewhere. I could post some links to the more in shape cats like Greg A, and OPT and all those cats. If you do the program you will look good I look good and follow that workout. It is not a bodybuilding program (I did the Muscle Mag Bs for a long time)but a fitness program all the other stuff really just comes down to diet.

This program isn't made to have you looking big and built but rather to have you be able to be fit overall be able to run,lift,gymnastics,fleixibility, cardio endurance,speed. It allows you to do everything and constantly keep your body guessing. While you may not look like Ronnie Coleman you will be in way better shape for whatever sport or activity you choose to do.
For example: I'm in the Army and it has increased every form of endurance I have ever had and I am a muscle bound dude but I noticed that starts to hinder me when we went on long patrols and as I moved up the chain it was more and more important for me to set the example "Lead from the Front".
I score on the extended scale all the time now and routinely smoke my joes.
You have to ask your self what do you want do you want to be able to survive when shyt goes bad or do you want to look good in the mirror.
