man i HATE this sh*t, gotta do this tonight, this is tha worst work out day, followed by bac, chest is tha funnest :yes:

I don't work out in a splitbody or fullbody routine. But I do lot's of squats (Front, Overhead, Back, air, ****, jumping) and Deadlifts and Lunges. And Imho leg day is the best day for building mass/losing weight/getting stronger...They are the biggest muscle in your body you get all your GH from there. I used to love Leg day.

yeah i know its tha best to get your body bigger etc... but damn that sh*t like tha hardest to do for me, take all my body energy, n*gga feel like throwin up his protien shake :gag::thumbsdow

Why don't you get down with the play before you get ran over. It's all about functional fitness now so we can make it happen. Forget all that Muscle Mag shyt.

I don't do regular military PT no more I'm in a different type of unit I make my own program up I follow www.crossfit.com most of my Soldiers do to now.

Nah brah it ain't like that. The shyt is awesome it don't ever get boring you constantly change workouts and do different forms and types of workouts it is an overall fitness program.

i love working legs... and abs. hate doing arms/shoulders. i don't have much upper body strength

Leg day is tiresome, but you leave there feeling like a warrior. If you don't stuggle walking afterwards you didn't work hard enough.

thats the point. squats use the most and biggest muscles in the body (you could argue snatches are more of a full body workout, but i digress)...it should be tiresome.

also i've noticed people always "hate" the days they're working muscle groups they dont really care about. people "love" working the muscle groups they've got good numbers in, or muscle groups they especially want to see size gains.

lol thats why u dont like it, cause its the biggest work out

and u know if ur cheatn ur self in the workout...cause its too easy.
