I bought this just so i could add some stuff over my sampled beats...my computer wouldnt accept the controller and it was useless. I guess there are known problems with it and its an over all cheaply made product. I couldnt find any support for it or updated drivers.

i highly highly doubt it was a problem with the keyboard alone. You may have just gotten a bad one or a bad batch. Did u ever consider trying to just use midi instead of usb? Again I highly doubt it is the keyboards fault it doesn't work with your computer
