OK....What's with these protien shakes?
I just want to cut, and get SEMi-Swole.

1) Is it good to have a protein shake PR or POST workout?
2) What do I put in these shakes (or give a good brand of some pre-made ones)?
3) How long after eating is the best to begin cardio for MAX burn?
3a) What type of meal/snack?

Damn, the body is science, and I'm trying to get all the little things right.

1) You can do either. POST is a necessity tho

2) Water (for quick absorption) post workout, milk any other time. A lot of people like to add a bunch of extra stuff. I'm just not into that.

3) Long enough to not get a cramp, but not too long to where you're running on an empty stomach.
