Late Growth Spurts?

I know they say smoking stunts your growth which is true, so say if I been smoking since I was 15 and I'm 23 now, and I stopped smoking about 2 months ago will I get taller or gain weight now?

I was surprised when I found out I grew about a inch since I started eating right...

In Jan I was 5'9

now im 5'10 1/2 atleast. Im only 17 but I had my growth spurt early

23? no way man, males stop growing at 21, you can still gain weight though
