The Acura RL enters the 2009 model year with a number of changes, most noticeable of which are the bold new grille, shapely headlights and clear-lens taillights. Under the hood is a larger 3.7-liter V6 engine that produces 300 horsepower — an increase of ten horses over the previous year’s model. Teamed with the more powerful engine is a new version of Acura’s Sequential SportShift 5-speed automatic transmission. The large Acura logo in the wide satin-finish trim piece at the top of the grille follows the styling cues first introduced on the MDX, the brand’s premium SUV.

I really think they went in the wrong direction in terms of styling on this. The grill isn't all that appealing in most of the colors and I hope they get it right on the new TL that should be announced later this year.

those two vehicles are not even in the same class. c-class is entry level benz whereas rl is top of the line acura.

when it comes to flagship luxury vehicles, the rl is pretty modestly priced.

i think people are confused with build quality vs horsepower...acura rl is well built car the interior is top notch..the body styling is not that great especially when the lower level tl looks worlds better....but a luxury vehicle should not be built for speed and im sure its more reliable then an bmw and cheaper to maintain then an mercedese...

for my money i wouldnt buy this car either,but i wouldnt think someone a complete idiot for buying one...

I'm pretty sure they're going to fukk up the TL (their best looking car) with this as well.
