Been a athlete my whole life, I'm out of shape, but my out of shape is still pretty good(not trying to be cocky) anyway... last night I bought from bodybuilding.com

CytoSport Muscle Milk, 20 Packets, Chocolate $36.89

( i still have boxes of supplements from around Christmas)

As you can see, i take it pretty serious. Around December (when I last stopped exercising, I was going to the gym twice a day,

My cardio consisted of 1 hour on the eliptical (level 9- 7miles)

20 minutes on the rowing machine

and about a 1 hour of basketball everynight

My weightlifting I usually do

Monday Morning

Chest

Monday Night

Triceps

Tuesday Mornings

Biceps

Tuesday night


Back

Wendsday Morning

Shoulders

Wendsday Night

Legs

( I don't do back, I get good results off the rowing machine)

-I would also do a few 5 mile loop jogs every other day about 5 miles in 45 minutes, easy jog, that helps me on the court, (see reggie miller, rip hamilton)

Then I repeat, this has been my routine for the last few years, but i'm thinking of buying a muscle and fitness mag and starting a new routine so my muscles get something new...

As you can see I get on bill romanski status a bit, but it's better than partying, and I feel like the supplements give me motivation to go harder, because I feel like I am primed to see maximum results.. I will keep this thread updated everyday, throughout the day (even the bad days, to remind myself how I am doing, feel free to read and leave comments..1)

2:30 pm

1/2 cup of egg whites= 24g protein (really wanted to add cheese, but just put on some hot sauce instead)

Next Meal

I don't really count carbs, and calories as I'm always pretty active throughout the day.

8:30 workout (Home/Barbell 50lbs)

Just going to do some bicep curls (sets of 12x 5)

Shoulder Shrugs (sets of 12x5)

250 sit ups (sets of 50)

105 Pushups (sets of 15)

(going to finish easy for the first day)

Wanted to wake up at 6:30am and go over to the track, but I woke up feeling like I fought the heavyweight champ last night so..... Went back to bed until 9:45am (back of my shoulders are sore as hell still from those shrugs on sunday)

I'm not going, I know i'll end up drinking, and drinking while trying to get into shape doesn't work, once i get in shape...drinking isn't as bad

**feeling kinda sore from running, and the little lifting, think I may take it easy, little 30 minute jog tonight, early in bed, and up at 5am for my return to the gym

Exercised by playing about a 20 minutes of quick playing basketball

I'm just keeping it real you won't keep it up. No body ever keeps these things up. Longest I went was 2 months. You are better off just using www.fitday.com and write in the journal and then post the link on here if you want.

+ the more chest you do, the stroger rows (weight wise) id suggest...unless you want to hunch over like an ape

+ dont forget your back supports you.

Do measurements aswell , hard to tell gains without them.

Besides that, routines lookn on point

-probably the worst meal i had health wise in 5 days, i still got enough lean cuisine for a few days, then i will begin cooking more of my own meals, but i wanted to start with the lean cuisine because i knew it would be easy, and get me on the right track) And I would only recommend lean cuisine to people who drink lots of water, and sweat a good amount, because the sodium levels are high

Level-9 **when you run on the elliptical I hope you aren't just peddling on Level 1 ** To get results I think you need to push yourself and keep your heart rate around 160 , and it's hard to get that on the elliptical unless you higher the levels.**

Didn't lift any free weights did some light nautilus.

Bench Press-125 pounds Reps-12,8,6,5

Lateral Raise- 60 pounds Reps-15,12,8,8

I haven't started lifting yet, I still have muscle from my last routine. I have an athletic build, so as I diet/run I actually begin to look pretty muscular without even lifting a weight..

I just got my cellmass, no explode, and some other stuff i mentioned I ordered on the first page. So I will be going to the gym today for sure.

I get up at 3 in the morning to get protein because if i go to sleep at 11pm and wake up at 8 am....thats 9 hours without any type of protein going into my muscles, granted protein bars aren't the best choice, a chix salad would probably be a better option because the protein bar has like 18g of sugar..

that said, I just received a 4lb case of protein powder

and casein breaks down slower than whey protein so its better at night before bed..i need to do things right and, drink a casein shake before bed, and eat a chix salad in the mid morning..

Bro. Don't belive the hype. Just get a slow digesting Protein Blend. You seem to have alot of money to blow on supplements. I use supplements as well but alot of the things you are using I find over rated and there are better alternatives that are cheaper and you will likely have better results with. Such as Why use Lip when you can get the E/C/A stack ?

yeah i hear ya, after i get a few weeks under my belt, I will become more picky with supplements, cost, ect... Right now for me,.. i'm very impatient, yet very dedicated. So I like going to the gym knowing I've set myself up for optimal results. So basically I just order the top brand stuff, then after I used up a cycle of that, I will start looking elsewhere. Oh yeah 5 days down 25 more to go, by the goal you set for me :rolleyes:

The nano sht by muscletech tastes wayyyyyy better, i've heard alot of good things about no explode so... hopefully its good workout, just going to go do some lifting, not going to start a routine till monday ( found a good one in muscle and fitness (dec 07, primed for growth)

I always liked NO Xplode you probally have it two waterd down just use 8oz of water. But yeah Nano Vapor is better however I'm a fan of NO Shotgun the new flavor.

I did a scoop and half, felt nothing for like 35 minutes, then damn man, this sht is the truth. Taking my serving of cellmass right now. Cellmass a lot better tasting like a jolly rancher...pause

I did some light nautilus to get the muscles going, After the Celtics game i'm going to the basketball courts, they got some nice lights this summer, people can play to 1am, and people always are running full :yes:

So it's 8 12oz beers at around 110 calories each, so basically 880 empty calories, but.... I'm going to go to the gym tommorow for a hour elliptical run and burn 700 of those calories away

oh yeah , lost 5lbs this week 195 down to 190, this week's goal another 5 so down to 185 this time next week

see you using that BSN Cell mass joint.... i just picked that up to like a couple weeks ago... you should keep us updated on how that's working for ya... i've been using it how the directions say and i think it's been doing the job... that shyt does keep you feeling real "anabolic" (if that makes any sense)... just feel like my muscles are more "full" when i wake up...

aslo, think i saw you using the NO Explode too... you ain't fukkin with the true mass weight gainer joint?? 3 scoops= 50g of protein and it tastes real good (vanilla ice cream)... i think i'ma be doing this stack for awhile... good job staying motivated and keeping up with the thread.....

(been running around all day, looking at my workout routine the last few days, I am disgusted. I have, lost almost 10 lbs in 2 weeks, and already am looking pretty defined. But, I need to pick up my workouts next week. 1 hour of cardio every morning 5am, then return at night for weight lifting... THIS WILL BE NEXT WEEK's routine.

How did you get the rower to read into miles I can only get mine to do meters. I played witht he units but it only does meters and paced and I have a model d concept 2. Also rowing is the shyt. aint it.

just got a 6 pack of bud light, really don't deserve it this week, i mean overall by normal standards it would be a good week,diet on point, got some cardio in, but its not up to par with what i like to do. I like to go 150% and i don't feel like i'm giving more than 50%. No more fuccing around starting monday, cardio 5 am, weights 5pm and thats just what needs to be done....
