Here's the deal:

I've always been knowledgeable about weight lifting...but for the last few months I've been reading a lot about food and about lowering ones body fat (for personal benefits). I've also been working with a nutritionist/personal trainer thats costin me a lot of money, but I'm learnin a lot too.

I've constructed this diet that I've tried out on myself, and I lost a good amount of weight, but I would like a larger sample to gauge how effective it is. I dont wanna divulge the details, but its a diet created to help lower ones body fat percentage while maintaining, or even adding, muscle to their frame.

I'm looking for subjects, preferably male, who have enough time to go to the gym 4-6 days per week for about an hour each session. 3 of those days need to be heavy, compound lifting. Squats in a cage, bench press, cleans and jerks, shiit like that. Thats why I say preferably male cause I know women shy away from that shiit. But if a girl is down we can talk too.

You also need to have some money to buy the food. Food all together will cost maybe $80 for 2 weeks. Dedication is key here. I'll try to tailor the diet to your preferences, but you're gonna be eating a lot of the same shiit everyday. Also, if you have a hard time sticking to a diet that wont help me because I need accurate data.

What will you get out of it? You'll definitely lose weight, as little as 5lbs and as much as 10lbs. Good weight too. And really, you're gonna be spending money on groceries anyway so its not like you've got anything to lose (except excess fat).

Post your email address in this thread if you're interested, or PM me.

ill do it, as long as the meals are easy and dont need female preparation cause getting cooked meals is not guaranteed for college students
