Two summmers ago I mixed 2 supplements, one that had very high protein content (50g) and one with very high calories. I saw very impressive results and plan to do it again. But is this healthy?

I ordered this yesterday:

First supplement that I will try that has a lot of calories and protein content. Can't wait.

You probally just took a meal replacement shake basically which is high calorie, protein, carb, and fat if you were hitting the gym hard at the time you just got some good production from it but you don't really need it. You would likely be better off with just chocolate milk. It is healthy depending on how your diet looks.

I take it back, that stuff is pretty good. I just was not adding enough of it to my water.

I read that for whatever reason taking some supplements with milk can be hustling backwards. If certainly do not miss the bubble guts from doing that.
