Whats the best thing to eat and drink before a game and how long before should you do so?

wheat breads, pastas, oatmeal....lots of carbs help for energy. same goes for meals prior to a workout.

how long do you wait before working out?
pasta and wheat makes me feel bloated and yuk, so i've switched to gluten free, but still feel sick for an hour.

i personally wait between 30min to an hour. i feel bloated and shiit too after a big bowl of oatmeal so i give my body some time to digest or id be throwin up.

I always have:
-a bowl of dry curd + a banana
-some all-bran + skim milk
-tall cup of coffee
15-20 minutes before I go workout. I lift for a full hour then run for 30 minutes and never have issues with energy/stamina.
I think a banana cause it has sugar to give you energy and potassium to prevent cramping.
