OK, so I've always either done one or the either, and now that I've joined a gym that doesnt have many machines or free weights, i'd like to mix both in the right way and see good results. Any suggestions, for example if I do say 100-150 pushups in a day, what should i also work on that day, here is my usual schedule without counting any calisthenics:
2 days a week of chest back biceps- 8 sets each day
2 days a week of triceps shoulders abs legs- 8 sets each day

I don't wanna make major changes either cuz I'm in good shape, but suggesions please? thanks

Do pushups the same day you do the chest and make sure you wait 48 hrs to work that muscle group again.

Day 1: chest (with pushups) back biceps
Day 2: triceps shoulders abs legs
Day 3: as day 1
etc
