I drove last year in DR and damn those people don't follow any rules, I heard alot of foreign countries are the same, I was going 100 on the highway and this f*ck goes in my lane inches away from an accident and didn't know they did anything wrong.

DR is fukked b, lights go out so do the traffic lights xD n1ggas dont respect em anyways they see an opening they take it. Everyone cuts each other off. My aunt drove on a one way street in the wrong direction everyday, took me a month to figure out it was one way and she knew and didnt care :laugh:
