What other drinks possess these stats and taste OK? I can't fukk with water for some reason. It gives me a headache and the burps like crazy.

there's a few other diet tea/fruit drink mixes out there, you just have to try them and see which ones you like/don't like.. try discount stores like wal-mart, target, k-mart, etc.

Man I just got caught up in this look on the lipton pack (I had the diet green tea) and it says it has aspartme it doesnt cause yo to lose weight and while it does have 0 calories going in the stuff thats in it causes an insulin spike.
