i need some ideas on how to cut about 20 pounds within a month

should i be counting calories or should i just continue the 6-8 meal a day plan(small meals)?

cut all starch?

how many miles daily should suffice for cardio?

20 in a month? sheeeiiiiiiit I can do you one better.

take one of these (http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/371120/2/istockphoto_371120_razorblade.jpg) and apply it vigorously right here (http://i.ehow.com/images/GlobalPhoto/Articles/2080552/LoveHandle-main_Full.jpg). Most nutritionists suggest taking sips of this (http://www.dmcityview.com/images/2006/06.01.06/VODKA.jpg) inbetween. the whole process shouldn't take more then 10 minutes.

Damn, a tad harsh maybe?

You're going to be a miserable moody bastard if you lose 20 pounds in a month, you're talking dropping basically all carbs from your diet (good luck) so there goes energy amongst other things, you're talking a lot of working out and sweating to the point of nauseum. Then to top it off, most of what you will have lost will be water weight and thus the good chance it will all come back. 1-2 pounds a week is a safer route if ur trying to keep it off

 youre a fool

its very much possible, youd be surprised the shyt i did to make weight

body builders go for between 2-5% for competitions and wrestlers(amateur) do the same

its jsut not healthy to stay there for too long, i always ate something immediately after weigh in

first off, theres a vast difference between 2 percent and 5 percent.

2nd off, you were never either of those. could you see veins and tendons all in your face?

use this guide for reference: http://www.ur-ban.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bodyfat_Percentage_Example_Photos
