then heard the song and was like damnnnn

that was when IllCommunity was poppin and the thread got like 1000 pages

This s*it was hilarious, was on the IC when this popped off, the thread was wild.

To be honest Cam is king at clowning other rappers I know Jay stans are like he don't have to reply to Cam as he ain't sh*t but you know Jay caught feelings but as per usual after ether Jay never does a straight diss battle he'll merely does another subliminal and talk like he above that kinda sh*t

But yeah the beat was hard, the asides that Cam dropped were pretty good lyrically it was alright not excellent but you feel the sincerity in the words.

Jay was a bi*ch about the whole breakup of the Roc situation can you imagine how strong the Roc would have been if all those guys were still together.

Cam did some of his best work while on the label 'Purple Haze' is still one of my favorite Hip Hop albums.:yes:

Cam had the KONY crown for about a week with this and failed to capitalize off the buzz ... Cam, J.R. & Hell Rell went to Hot97 and did like 5 songs all one taked then he released the diss and sat back and just waited to see if Jay would respond instead of really going for the jugular like he should've plus then he wauted to long to bring the album out which then added to the disapointment

diss actually wasnt that bad....best diss second to ether to go at jay. problem was cam was to obvious showin he was just doing this scheme to get pub for his album and movie..jay was smart as hell didnt show him attention then the numbers came back and that was basically the victory for jay. then jay recorded a "in ya face" diss called dig a hole to wrap this beef up......

this diss was successful at convincing the world jay was really 40...lol

I actually liked the version on Killa Season better. Killa Season is underrated. I couldn't stand it at first but now its like one of my favorite Cam albums.
