What can i do with bluetooth on a radio?

I just saw this radio (http://www.autostyle.co.za/prodview.php?prod_id=16644&pid=sound&cid=mp3%20players&pg=1&showall=&brandstr=&str=) and wondering why I would need bluetooth?
Wouldn't an AUX port, or MMC/USB be enough?

jus make sure u turn that off when u got a breazy in the whip u dont want crystal to pop up on the radio while u got samantha in the car
