Move the book thread to KTL

while i do agree that it would probably be a better fit under KTL in theory, the book forum is located in TLR because it was originally requested by the ladies in TLR.

i think that the majority of our regular posters are aware of the book forum and where it's at, so they know where to go if they want to post there. i cannot recall having heard a large number of complaints about where that subforum is located, nor are there clueless posters asking about "where's the book forum/can we have a book forum"..

i'll see what the other feedback is for your suggestion.
