Im broke, I cant afford gym membership, I cant afford to buy dumbells or any weightlifting equipment,

Can push ups and sit ups be any good to having a sexy toned up body, NO HOMO.


can someone advise me on a daily workout plan for me,

you need to do cardio too in order to actually see the muscle you build.. are you trying to burn off fat to show muscle you have or build muscle... or both?

i like sparkpeople's fitness plans.. it's good for getting started

Read this:

All you need to have a GOOD body at your stage is:
A bench
Barbell + 2 Dumbbells
Disc weights for said dumbells
Someplace to do pull-ups/chins (a door will work if you have noplace else), and dips (can do these on the stairway rails)

Exercises to do:
Barbell row
Bench press
Pull-ups/Chins
Squats
Deadlifts
Military presses

ALSO, throw in some abdominal work, lateral raises, and biceps-triceps work if you feel like it. Dips are the ideal triceps exercise.

If you eat like a beast, you will turn into a beast with these exercises. Google rippetoe and follow his 5x5 programme.

find a local gym, or hit up sears for some cheap punching bags.

or you can get on the push-up plan...do a certain number of pushups for 2 weeks, then increase the amount by 10, do that amount for 2 weeks, and so on.

yeah man i think you just got to do a lil of everything...

some running....some sit ups....some push ups....etc...

and keep a diet...
