It's a different situation as well, The Game slaughtered them boys on wax but he still has to pay 50 Cent every time his record is sold. He did damage the brand in a way.

Fat Joe doesn't have to pay 50 but his boys on the mixtape were not spitters like Game's crew was on the You Know what it is tapes. If his album didn't pick up much buzz I don't think this tape will either.
