She sold the rights to HBO. Last I heard they were thinkin about Halle or Vivica but that was years ago, I hope they get someone younger. smh.

i first read coldest winter ever when i was 18ish and was going through some family stuff so could relate to winter and LOVED it... i think i finished it in 4 hours or something

I tried to re-read it at 24 and thought it was a little stupid..

loved the character of midnight though, so will def check the second one out.

T4P. :) This should be interesting to say the least. I wonder why it took so long for her to decide to make a sequel nah actually scratch that- I wonder why she is even making a sequel to begin with. I haven't read the book in a while but if memory serves me correct Winter is in jail and has a big scar in her face (now this might not be such a big deal but Winter's beauty/body was her only attraction).

So my question is is the story going to still incorporate Winter but be focused on her younger sister who in the end of the book was now the main attraction and had basically taken off where Winter left off? or considering the title is the story going to just be mainly about Midnight and how he grew up? Hmm...I guess time shall tell.
