Man, you cats got it easy, besides trying to make hot beats all day, I'm constantly got this horn to my mouth trying to blow out nice trumpet lines bro. My brain is fried at the end of the day. It's all in the love for the music and the pursuit of happiness.

i get ear fatigued really quickly so yes. keep everything at extreme low volumes to keep my ears safe. Luckily i make beats on my hardware mainly so my eyes aren't in too bad of shape and I took time for sleep and food. And I did go out saturday night for a few hours before sleeping so while 72 hours seems bad I took 6 hours for sleep each night and 4 hours saturday night off to kick it.
